Job Summary
Congress Account Lead responsible for leading and supporting key pharmaceutical accounts, owning stakeholder relationships, delivering client SLAs and KPIs, guiding new business and amplification strategies, delivering user-facing client reviews and case studies, and overseeing project, budget, and resource management. The role includes collaboration with peers and global teams, participation in on-site client work, development and mentoring of direct reports, and ensuring profitable project delivery across allocated accounts.
