Job Summary
This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the Dining Program for Meals on Wheels OC, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing meals, supervising staff and volunteers, and delivering program activities such as educational speakers, health/fitness, safety, and other participant-oriented programs. Responsibilities include ordering, receiving, and storing kitchen and serving supplies; ensuring proper food temperatures and sanitation; maintaining records and preparing reports related to personnel, expenses, attendance, and donations; supporting outreach and public relations to boost program attendance; and developing community partnerships. Part-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM), Costa Mesa location, 25 hours per week, with hourly pay in the range of $17.50–$20.50. Must be able to supervise and train staff and volunteers, work with elderly participants, and interpret regulations and procedures.
