Job Summary
Performs a variety of duties related to the preparation and serving of meals, manages kitchen and serving supplies including ordering, receiving, and storage, maintains kitchen in clean and sanitary condition, takes food temperatures and maintains temperature control, participates in mandatory trainings, ensures proper meal preparation per menu, secures supplies at end of day, follows safety regulations, and supervises food service volunteers and support staff; performs other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in ordering, storage, preparation and serving of food.
- Able to work independently, with a minimum of supervision, and works well under pressure.
- Must pass post-offer physical.
