Conformal Coating - Touch-Up

Job Summary
Inspect PCBs under magnification and UV/black light to identify missing, thin, or damaged conformal coating areas. Apply coating to identified spots using approved methods while ensuring connectors and test points remain uncoated. Repair coating damaged during assembly or handling to restore specification coverage. Mix materials per approved ratios and pot-life requirements. Follow IPC-A-610 acceptance criteria and engineering drawings for thickness and visual standards. Perform self-inspection and withhold non-compliant assemblies. Maintain work area compliance with 5S, ESD, and safety procedures. Complete accurate production and material records. Work a 4/10 schedule with weekly pay in Santa Ana, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work under magnification and UV/black light for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to handle small components and operate equipment
- Secret Clearance Required for start
