Job Summary
Maintain accurate client, matter, and ethical wall data by performing database updates, corrections, and quality control audits across firm systems. Review and analyze new business intake requests for compliance, ensuring complete documentation of waivers and engagement terms while tracking declined matters and outstanding exceptions. Build and monitor ethical walls in accordance with client requirements and firm policies, acting as a resource for attorneys on confidentiality protocols. Collaborate with Conflicts Counsel, partners, and administrative departments to support technology initiatives and ensure full compliance with departmental procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
