Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the conflicts team by managing Coordinators and Analysts and serving as the primary escalation point for groups. Conduct conflict check oversight to ensure timely, accurate reporting, review and analyze conflict reports, and escalate complex issues to Conflicts Attorneys and General Counsel. Maintain quality and consistency in searches while providing feedback on work quality. Train new hires and legal assistants on conflicts processes, research methods, and Intapp, and handle administrative duties including timecards, PTO, holiday coverage, and employee reviews. Reports to the Manager, Intake/Conflicts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least six years of conflicts experience
- 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Familiarity with conflicts databases such as Intapp, Dun & Bradstreet, and Aderant
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Ability to work within the Pacific or Central time zones
