Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Conflicts Department by managing a team of non-attorney analysts based in New York and London, prioritizing and tracking requests to ensure timely completion. Oversee the end-to-end conflicts workflow, including the new hire clearance process, while acting as an escalation point for complex matters between analysts and senior attorneys. Develop departmental procedures, training materials, and templates to standardize practices across all offices, and drive process improvements by analyzing trends in turnaround time and efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot software issues, evaluate new business research tools, and maintain data integrity within the conflicts system. Ensure adequate coverage across different time zones to support uninterrupted operations and deliver ongoing support to executive assistants and lawyers.
Required Qualifications

- 5 years of relevant experience
