Job Summary
Conflicts Coordinator role handles conflict-of-interest searches for all new clients/matters and internal hires using Intapp Open and related systems, maintaining data integrity in Intapp Open and Aderant, and generating/maintaining search logs. The position supports conflict checks, preliminary review of results, and ongoing data maintenance across the firm’s new business intake processes. Fully remote with open access to all firm office locations; requires at least two years of relevant experience in law-firm conflicts or new business operations, and familiarity with record-keeping and corporate research. Strong attention to data accuracy, process improvement, and collaboration with the broader legal operations team are valued. Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of work-related experience in law firm conflicts and/or new business department required
- Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and/or workflow system preferred
- Knowledge of Intapp Open a plus
- Minimum two (2) years of general record keeping and/or filing experience required
- Background in corporate research or library-related work a plus
