Job Summary
Monitor new business intake workflows from US and offshore offices to process submissions, perform conflicts searches, and identify potential conflicts of interest for review. Initiate clearance processes with conflicts staff, conduct corporate research using D&B Family Tree Portal and S&P Capital IQ, and generate conflict reports for existing matters and lateral hires. Maintain files for Consent and Engagement letters, update the conflicts database, and respond to Insider Trading requests while managing the Insider Trading database. This role supports the Conflicts Analysis group and Partners within a global law firm environment, requiring one year of large law firm experience and proficiency in AgilePoint Workflow and Intapp Open.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field, from an accredited college or university
- One year of prior large law firm experience
- Prior experience in working in large databases
- Highly organized
- Comfortable working in a deadline intensive environment
- Analytical with keen attention to detail
- Excellent writing/proofing skills
- Strong client service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to tactfully interact with all levels of firm personnel and external contacts
- Responsible for completing tasks and following through with the resolution of issues
