Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct conflict checks for attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, and administration firm-wide by reviewing potential hits and eliminating obvious non-conflicts. Forward distilled search results to requesting attorneys and the Conflicts Attorney for review while monitoring outstanding searches. Research companies to determine subsidiary and parent relationships for conflicts purposes. Provide general information and answer questions regarding the conflicts process. Assist with conflicts database maintenance to ensure consistent and accurate reporting. Requires a college degree, three years of law office experience, and familiarity with Intapp, iManage, and/or Aderant.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a law office environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Intapp, iManage, and/or Aderant a plus
