Job Summary
Analyze and research potential new business and conflicts for a top-tier law firm, verify that conflict searches are complete and compliant with firm policies, and create well-organized written analyses for attorneys. Process conflict intake forms, identify potential risks, and coordinate with attorneys, the New Business and Conflicts Department, and General Counsel to secure necessary approvals. Contribute to process and technology improvements to reduce risk, and assist in training department staff. Be available for overtime during evenings and weekends, with punctual attendance at the Miami office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of related experience, or equivalent combination required.
