Job Summary
Conflict Analyst role supporting the development of a central conflicts team. Responsibilities include conducting conflict and sanctions searches with Intapp, analyzing commercial, legal, and information-conflict issues, collaborating with legal teams to gather necessary information, identifying broader commercial risk at client-acceptance and conflict-checking stages, escalating issues to the Office of General Counsel when required, assisting in implementing information barriers, ensuring accurate data entry in Intapp, and working within SLA timelines. The role requires understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct relating to conflicts of interest and confidentiality, and it sits within a regulated, risk-aware environment. The candidate should have a law degree or equivalent qualification or relevant compliance/commercial-law experience, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Additional knowledge of Intapp is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Law degree/GDL/LPC OR equivalent compliance experience OR experience from working within a commercial law firm as a conflicts analyst
