Manage tasks, dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines while monitoring initiatives to ensure successful transition to operational management. Report progress, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, maintain quality management plans, and ensure compliance with required standards. Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, manage relationships with internal users, public-sector stakeholders, and external partners, and support communication and change management activities. Maintain structured documentation, decision logs, and knowledge repositories. Participate in field activities when required to understand operational needs.
