Job Summary
Analyse and document current and future business processes while gathering, structuring, and analysing requirements for a migration and modernisation project. Organise workshops with stakeholders, create functional documentation, and ensure implemented solutions align with agreed needs. Identify cross-departmental impacts and collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the initiative. Requires confirmed Functional Analyst experience, strong BPMN and Agile knowledge, and active fluency in French, Dutch, and English. Based in Brussels with a hybrid schedule of minimum two days onsite per week.
Required Qualifications
- Confirmed experience as a Functional Analyst
- Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, Use Cases and User Stories
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in testing and solution validation
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation and active listening skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management capabilities
- French: Active knowledge
- Dutch: Active knowledge
- English: Active knowledge
