Job Summary
Define test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts while performing functional, technical, acceptance, and regression testing. Execute and document tests, including re-testing after fixes, and identify, analyze, and document defects to follow up on their resolution. Maintain automated testing and test tools, prepare progress and results reports, and collaborate with developers, business analysts, IT, and security teams. Contribute to release notes, application documentation, and continuous improvement. Requires minimum 5 years of hands-on software testing experience, active knowledge of Dutch, French, and English. Located in Brussels with a hybrid work arrangement of minimum 2 days onsite per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on software testing experience
- Experience creating and documenting test plans, scenarios and scripts
- Knowledge of automated testing and test tools
- Understanding of test data and different test environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Methodical, accurate and detail-oriented approach
- Good communication skills and a critical mindset
- Dutch: Active knowledge
- French: Active knowledge
- English: Active knowledge
- Hybrid, minimum 2 days/week onsite
- Part-time, approximately 50 working days
