Job Summary
Manage an Implementation team responsible for delivering automated calculation solutions for new and existing clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, to budget, and to quality standards. Review all project and team documentation for quality standards, incorporate process changes, and sign off on process improvements. Lead the team on delivery approaches, mentor staff on best practices, and facilitate project deadlines by liaising with Programme/Project managers. Own and promote best practice within the team while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project closure. Support Programme/Project managers in steering projects to successful closure and ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical pensions knowledge in DB schemes
- Able to explain complex matters
- System/Calculations Configuration or Operations background
- Strong management and/or leadership skills
- Experience of client interaction
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Can evidence previous experience of implementing change
- Working in a project environment
- Understands the purpose of calculation proformas
