Job Summary
Configuration Support Analyst 1 provides post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, serves as a primary point of contact, and assists internal Oracle staff with diverse customer situations and escalations. Responsible for resolving post-sales non-technical inquiries by phone and electronic channels, as well as technical questions related to the use and troubleshooting of Electronic Support Services, while advocating for customer needs and maintaining customer relationships within the Support organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in post-sales support is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to resolve customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels
