Job Summary
Configuration Manager responsible for establishing and maintaining CM processes and procedures across DoD programs, including CM of hardware and software baselines, PLM systems (Windchill), and engineering data management. Lead the release, revision, and archival of engineering drawings, BOMs, software releases, and technical data packages; manage ECRs/ECNs/ECPs; coordinate with engineering, software, manufacturing, QA, logistics, and program management to ensure configuration compliance; develop CM metrics, reports, and dashboards for program reviews; maintain document repositories and controlled distribution; support software CM activities and TDP development/verification; perform configuration audits (FCA, PCA) and ensure proper baselines. Requires strong knowledge of CM principles, MS Office/SharePoint, PLM systems, and experience in DoD programs; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, eight years of related experience; ability to obtain/maintain Government Secret Clearance; 25% travel.
