Job Summary
Configuration Management Specialist to manage system configuration and asset tracking within Pentagon enterprise environments. Responsibilities include maintaining CMDB and asset accuracy, tracking hardware/software/documentation, managing change requests and CAB processes, conducting audits of configuration records, supporting system upgrades and data center activities, and ensuring ITIL-based configuration management compliance. Requires 5+ years of CM experience, CMDB tooling proficiency, ITIL knowledge, and a Bachelor’s degree; active Top Secret clearance is required.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years of experience in configuration management
- Experience with CMDB tools and ITIL processes
