Job Summary
Configuration Management Engineer responsible for managing configuration across complex systems, acting as a key interface between engineering, construction, and project controls teams; maintain accurate baselines and implement configuration management across design changes and open technical points; coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders; produce configuration data, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making; support audits and assurance checks; maintain Plant Configuration Registers and manage design evolution across work packages; hybrid work arrangement with 1-2 days remote per week; UK security clearance required for access to sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Experience within one or more engineering disciplines
- Background in configuration, design, or technical documentation processes
- Strong attention to detail with technical data and drawings
- Confident use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to communicate effectively with engineering and construction teams
- Experience in regulated or safety-critical environments
- Exposure to large industrial or infrastructure projects
- Residency criteria to attain UK security clearance (minimum SC level)
