Configuration Management - Data Steward

Job Summary

Define standards for master data quality and integration monitoring across PLM, MDM, and ERP systems while serving as the organizational SME for Oracle Cloud Product Data Hub. Drive resolution of complex integration issues through cross-functional root-cause analysis and enforce Export Compliance Regulations. Create and manage tickets for Configuration Management requests, build project information in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture, and act as the Change Management SME for internal and external audits. Facilitate recurring training sessions on Configuration Management methodology and system navigation for engineering, supply chain, and IT stakeholders. Manage Engineering Change processes from inception to completion and oversee process improvement projects within the aerospace and defense supply chain.

Required Qualifications

  • Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in Configuration Management, or an equivalent combination of Data Steward and related experience
  • Expert understanding of Configuration Control principles
  • Strong proficiency in administering PLM (Siemen's TeamCenter and Oracle Agile PLM) and Master Data Management (Oracle Cloud) systems
  • Strong knowledge in Enterprise Business System (Oracle EBS)
  • Solid project management capability
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools to support documentation, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Expert-level mastery in PDM/PLM and MDM administration, optimization, and influence over system-level practices
  • Ability to effectively balance and prioritize numerous high-impact assignments in a dynamic and scaling organization
  • Exceptional clarity and influence in communication, including executive-ready documentation, presentations, and cross-functional guidance
  • Strategic problem solving and team leadership capabilities
  • Ability to shape CM processes, mentor others, and drive enterprise-level collaboration and solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Eligibility as a US Person for access to Controlled Data or Information (ITAR compliance)

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Familiarity with relevant Crane Aerospace Products
  • Comprehensive expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, including their structure, operation, and role in governing product data across all phases of the lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Business Systems and Oracle Cloud Fusion
