Job Summary
Develop or acquire a Configuration Management System for creating, tracking, and retrieving controlled documentation. Develop and maintain cybersecurity configuration management toolsets and workflows for RDT&E lab configurations. Modify CM plans, policies, and procedures while providing life cycle management of hardware and software configuration items. Maintain a configuration management library of documentation including lab accreditation artifacts, change control records, network diagrams, and incident reports. Collaborate with IT operations teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration information is available. Requires three years of experience in configuration management, a BS or BA degree, and proficiency with Atlassian Jira, Microsoft SharePoint, and Power Apps. Base hourly range is $45.00-$50.00 for California residents.
Required Qualifications
- strong organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge or experience with CM tools, creating and maintaining configuration baselines, and implementing the CM discipline for the entire life cycle of a system
- At least three (3) years of experience in configuration management and analysis
- BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a Relevant Technical Discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Atlassian Jira Projects, Jira Helpdesk and Wiki
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Planner
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
