Job Summary
Configuration Management Analyst Senior to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC). Implement hardware and/or software Configuration and Data Management activities to meet program contractual requirements, maintain baselines for delivered items, analyze design changes across drawings and specifications, perform physical audits, manage revision and version control across multiple baselines, enforce change-control processes, develop and deliver program documentation and status accounting, and lead/mentor analysts in CM/DM activities. Requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, strong collaboration with IPTs (Program Management, Engineering, Cybersecurity), and readiness for occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in sustaining or development engineering environment or equivalent professional level
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment; and perform work and resolve problems under direct supervision
- Strong organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., WindChill or equivalent)
- Experience with engineering documentation, product structure, and change order management in a configuration and data management environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship)
- Occasional travel to remote sites
- Flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support project requirements
