Job Summary
Configuration Management Analyst I position focused on physical configuration audits of Aegis Weapons and Combat Systems equipment at Bath, ME locations, using ABACAS to download ACS data, capturing configuration data points, uploading to ACCESS Staging, resolving data discrepancies, coordinating with Ship’s Systems Test Officer during ship audits on DDG-51 destroyers, reviewing PSA work packages, and providing weekly/monthly QA metrics and support for contract deliverables. Requires US citizenship and ability to obtain an active Secret clearance; 1-3 years CM/audit experience; proficiency with MS Office and ABACAS/ACCESS familiarity; travel ability for PSA/POM audits; strong communication and independent/team work skills.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Active Secret Security Clearance (ability to obtain/maintain)
- 1-3 years experience in Configuration Management or auditing support
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro
- Ability to travel up to 2 weeks for PSA/POM audits
- Strong written and oral communication
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Attention to detail and quality
- Experience with CM processes, SOPs, and related documentation
- Experience with Navy programs or Aegis systems (preferred)
