Job Summary
Configuration Management Analyst responsible for governance and maintenance of Humana’s CMDB across on‐premises and cloud environments, driving change management, audits, and compliant configuration tracking. Supports incident and problem analysis with accurate configuration data, develops and maintains CMDB processes and policies, delivers dashboards and reports to leadership, and collaborates with IT and security teams to enable resilient, efficient operations in a healthcare/regulatory setting. Remote work is available within specified geographies; requires strong collaboration, documentation, and ability to align asset relationships and dependencies with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT configuration management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
