Job Summary
Lead and coordinate a team of configuration specialists and business analysts to manage CRM and Student Information System (SIS) / LMS configurations. Responsible for analyzing requests for new features and fixes, prioritizing and assigning tasks, developing a long-term integration strategy, and driving data-informed decisions through KPIs. Collaborate with product teams, developers, integrators, and business partners to deliver rapid, value-driven changes, manage risks, and execute a highly coordinated platform launch with training, change management, and adoption strategies across the organization. Demonstrate strong leadership, communicate clearly, and empower the team to deliver backlog items that align with overarching business priorities while maintaining a focus on improving student and staff outcomes. Ensure governance, discovery, and cross-functional collaboration to translate process maps into concrete system recommendations, while keeping an eye on vendor roadmaps and utilizing SCRUM to coordinate efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Must sign the Statement of Faith
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
- A Charis Bible College graduate preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Product/Process/Project Management or Business Analysis
- 1-3 years of experience leading a team
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification preferred
- SCRUM experience and/or certification preferred
