Job Summary
This contract-based Configuration Engineer role focuses on the configuration build out of mortgage-related business processes, including creating automated workflows and supporting loan servicing operations. A Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience in SaaS deployment are preferred. The position emphasizes strong API knowledge and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent experience
- 2 - 5 years in SaaS application deployment and/or similar experience
- Proficient in a programming query language
- Ability to read & understand API documentation and versed in API authentication methods including OAuth, Basic Auth, Tokens, and SAML
- Proficient in working with REST APIs and in a major programming language
- Understanding of Mortgage Servicing processes including default servicing
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in integrating attorney networks and common vendors in the industry
- Experience with JavaScript
