Job Summary
Coordinate configuration and CDRL data management for DoD planning, programming, and budgeting activities within the USAF weapons acquisition process. Maintain alignment between technical and contractual obligations by collaborating with program management, systems engineers, and stakeholders in an Integrated Product Team environment. Produce high-volume program products quickly to meet short-notice directions while generating reports and analyses to update CDDs and CPDs for senior decision makers. Enable rapid responses to MAJCOM changes and support government activities in acquisition program management, configuration management, and contract source selection. Provide advisory support for schedule execution, risk management, and technical data management. This onsite role at Eglin AFB requires current Top Secret clearance, 10+ years of relevant experience, and 10% travel.
Required Qualifications

- Associate's degree and 15 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree and 7 years of relevant experience
- 10% travel

Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing acquisition program support within DoD programs
- Familiarity with FAR, DoD 5000.2, and related regulations and guides
- Proficiency with CM/DM systems for tracking specifications and changes
- Ability to create and maintain tracking systems, generate reports, and analyze configuration data using tools like Excel or databases
- Skilled in preparing technical documents, specifications, and compliance reports in accordance with industry and government standards
- Understanding of system specifications, development standards, and configuration audits for hardware and software components
- Ability to clearly convey technical and non-technical information to diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Works effectively with cross-functional teams, program offices, and government personnel to achieve shared objectives
- Ensures accuracy in documentation, tracking systems, and compliance reviews while maintaining clarity in complex processes
- Handles evolving requirements and resolves issues collaboratively, maintaining flexibility under changing priorities
