Job Summary
Configuration/Data Manager I will support configuration management activities for product baselines, documentation, and delivery records within the software environment. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing engineering documents for release, maintaining centralized repositories, generating configuration status accounting reports, participating in Configuration Control Boards and audits, and providing CM support for site deliverables. The role involves coordinating with multiple teams, applying configuration management processes, and handling documentation and data management tasks. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of CM/Data/Document Management or software development experience, is organized, detail-oriented, proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and can obtain a SECRET or higher clearance. Familiarity with SharePoint, JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Agile is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of Configuration Management, Data / Document Management, or software development experience
- Associates or pursuing BA/BS degree (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- Must be able to obtain a SECRET or above security clearance
- Ability to be well organized and follow processes
- Detailed oriented – focus on accuracy of records, data, and reports
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Significant experience in Microsoft Office — Excel and Word
