Job Summary
Configuration Center Technician is responsible for provisioning, configuring, and repairing IT devices (PCs, tablets, printers, etc.) following written work instructions and QC documents, including end-of-lease processing and data erasure; unboxing/re-boxing and processing equipment for shipping; cleaning, testing, and inspecting devices; and collaborating with Supervisors/Leads to resolve high- and complex- level technical issues while maintaining accurate documentation and asset records to support throughput and quality goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in using various forms of technology such as laptops, tablets, and desktops.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and small machinery.
- Demonstrated organization, time-management, and communication skills.
