Job Summary
Configuration Center Project Lead responsible for maintaining high quality standards in the Configuration department, ensuring timely processing of customer devices into Life Cycle Management programs, and acting as a first point of escalation for issues with equipment, orders, processes, or technicians. Key duties include identifying issues with devices, tickets, or orders; coordinating timely communication across departments and clients; collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives; overseeing Service Boards to ensure tickets/workflow are tracked; guiding technicians on escalated problems; and managing the flow of orders while performing audits to ensure quality standards are met. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring delivery aligns with client needs and internal SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Comfortable leading and collaborating with a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated organization, time-management, and communication skills.
