Configuration Analyst, Workday Compensation

Job Summary
Configure and optimize the Workday platform with a focus on Advanced Compensation, translating compensation strategy into scalable solutions and ensuring accurate execution of compensation cycles. Design, build, and maintain salary, bonus, and equity plans; own ASR configurations; collaborate across Core HCM and Recruitment modules; develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts; ensure data integrity, audits, and governance; provide user support, training, and documentation; participate in Workday releases and testing; drive process improvements and cross-functional alignment with Compensation and People teams; manage high-volume data loads and security considerations while delivering scalable, reliable Workday solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required
- Workday Pro Certification in Compensation or related module preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation, HRIS, or a related role, with hands-on experience in the Workday Compensation module
- Experience supporting compensation cycles (e.g., ASR, bonus planning) within Workday or similar systems
- Workday & Compensation Expertise: demonstrated hands-on configuring Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation and HCM Modules with deep knowledge of business process frameworks, security model, and reporting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functional teams
