Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain claims system configurations to ensure accurate, compliant adjudication across healthcare programs such as FFS and MCO. Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into configuration rules—covering benefits, pricing, and edits—while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are implemented correctly and perform as intended. Support new implementations, benefit updates, and ongoing system maintenance through troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and continuous process improvements, with emphasis on governance and quality.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA and 2+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office / Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Excel
- Ability to run SQL queries and script load
- Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification helpful
