Job Summary
Lead the development and enforcement of hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures across the full lifecycle. Establish and maintain configuration baselines, ensuring proper versioning of all configuration items while managing end-to-end control processes including change tracking, impact analysis, and audit readiness. Utilize configuration management tools such as DOORS and Eclipse to store, track, and manage items, supporting build, integration, testing, and release environments. Develop and document CM processes, including automated build and release procedures aligned with standards. Perform configuration audits, support Change Control Board activities, and ensure end-to-end traceability. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and six years of CM experience.
Required Qualifications
- An active and current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
- Six (6) years of experience in configuration management and version control on programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university
- Experience implementing and managing hardware and software configuration baselines and version control systems
- At least one (1) year of experience using a source code control system (e.g., Git, SVN, or equivalent) in a similar environment
