Job Summary
Confidential Secretary to the Superintendent provides a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Superintendent, including composing routine and complex documents, preparing notices and memoranda, distributing agendas, attending meetings, maintaining calendars and district event schedules, managing records and files, maintaining the application system for postings, and assisting visitors. The role requires proficiency with word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and the ability to communicate information effectively with district employees, parents, other school districts, and the public.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school
- Associates Degree with course work in business, word processing, office procedures and record keeping preferred
- Successful experience of an increasingly responsible nature in public service, and executive administrative assistance or executive secretarial position
