Job Summary
Sales Director, Enterprise Sales responsible for leading and scaling the enterprise sales organization while maintaining an active book of business. This hands-on, player-coach role requires defining and executing a scalable enterprise sales strategy, building and maintaining C-level relationships, establishing repeatable processes, and personally closing strategic accounts. The leader will coach and hire a team (AEs, BDRs, and solutions engineers), run weekly pipeline reviews, drive forecast accuracy, and ensure quota attainment across the team. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record selling to enterprise logos, deep ML/AI knowledge, and experience scaling technical sales teams with a bias toward both strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record selling to notable enterprise logos
- Deep understanding of ML/AI technology landscape
- History of personally closing $100k+ deals while leading teams
- Experience scaling technical sales teams
- Track record of successful enterprise software sales leadership
