Job Summary
Senior HR leadership role guiding workforce strategy, culture, and scalable HR practices for a rural healthcare organization in Nebraska. Responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership on talent strategy, employee relations and performance management, leadership development, engagement and retention initiatives, recruiting and onboarding, compensation/benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing HR systems and policies, and building a high-performing HR team. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive HR leadership, with HRIS/ADP experience and healthcare/regulatory exposure; professional certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/Senior) are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, compliance, and workplace investigations
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing organizational strategy
- Background in benefits, compensation, performance management, and talent development
- HRIS experience required; ADP experience preferred
- Healthcare, hospital, or other highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
