Job Summary
Define technology roadmap and architecture to support rapid scaling and innovation; lead distributed engineering and DevOps teams focused on reliability, velocity, and product delivery; drive cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure modern DevOps, CI/CD, and security best practices; partner with Product, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver customer-centric SaaS solutions; prepare the technology organization for accelerated growth, acquisition, or IPO readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Experience scaling VC or PE-backed companies through Series A–C or beyond
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture, APIs, and scalable software delivery
- Proven success leading distributed technical teams and driving engineering excellence
- Ability to define technology roadmap and architecture to support rapid scaling and innovation
- Experience driving cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with modern DevOps, CI/CD, and security practices
- Ability to partner with Product, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver SaaS solutions
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial leadership balancing innovation with operational discipline
