Job Summary
Lead a security organization for a fast-growing VC/PE-backed SaaS company in a confidential executive search. Design and scale modern security programs within a cloud-native, data-driven environment; develop scalable frameworks for security, compliance, and risk management to support enterprise customers; partner with Engineering, Product, and Legal to embed security across the business; advise the CEO, CTO, and investors on security trends; prepare for audits and certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a strategic and hands-on security leader in fast-growing SaaS environments
- Proven ability to scale security practices for VC/PE-backed startups from Series A to pre-IPO
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, data privacy, and governance frameworks
- Strong communication and leadership skills with investor- and board-facing presence
- Ability to prepare for audits and enterprise compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Legal
