Conference Support Administrator - 5 month Freelance/Contractor role

Job Summary
Conference Support Administrator for a 5-month freelance/contract role. You’ll use advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) to manage financial reporting, ERP maintenance, and budget tracking for Content and Sales teams; handle conference speaker payments (honorariums, fees, reimbursements) and supplier payments; manage event expenses from logistics vendors; update budget and invoice trackers for contingent workers; maintain records for speakers and content/vendors; create and maintain an accreditation guide; upload conference content to the digital event platform; and provide general administrative support to the conference team. Must be an Excel superstar with experience in v-lookups, pivot tables, and financial reporting. Key competencies include communication, customer service, IT skills (Microsoft Office), CRM, organizational skills, prioritization, attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and teamwork. This is a fixed-term freelance/contract position and can be performed remotely; relocation or sponsorship support is not provided.
Required Qualifications
