Conference Support Administrator - 5 month Freelance/Contractor role

Job Summary
Conference Support Administrator for a 5-month freelance/contractor role. Responsibilities include using advanced Excel to manage v-lookups, pivot tables, and financial reporting; maintaining a budget tracker on ERP systems for Content and Sales teams; handling speaker payments, honorariums, and reimbursements; processing supplier payments for Content, VIP, Investor Program, and Sales teams; managing event expenses and invoice payments; updating budget and invoice trackers for contingent workers; maintaining records for speakers and vendors; creating an accreditation guide per provider requirements; uploading conference content (programs, speaker details, whitepapers) to the digital event platform; and providing general administrative support to the conference team. Key competencies include communication, customer service, Microsoft Office/CRM IT skills, organizational ability, prioritization, attention to detail, and teamwork. Note: this is a Freelancer, fixed-term role and can be performed remotely; relocation or sponsorship are not provided.
Required Qualifications
