Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events; collaborate with Sales, Food & Beverage, Operations, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction; conduct pre-conference planning meetings and communicate event requirements to hotel teams; manage multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail; monitor budgets and billing for cost-effective execution; resolve client concerns and operational challenges promptly; build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders; utilize hotel systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation, communication, and reporting; ensure events align with hotel standards, brand expectations, and operational procedures; demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced hospitality environment and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and guest experience.
