Job Summary
Respond to inquiries and requests for conference services, meeting space, food and beverage, and special equipment. Assist the Office Services Manager with catering intake, including overseeing vendor drop-off, logging food temperatures, and ensuring proper disposal. Maintain conference rooms, visiting attorney offices, and internal hubs by cleaning, setting up rooms with beverages and catered items, and restocking supplies. Perform housekeeping duties such as rinsing, washing, and sanitizing glassware, cutlery, and dishes. Provide backup coverage to Facilities and Reprographics departments as needed, including participation in the Saturday shift rotation. Prepare and monitor beverages in pantries and other service areas while managing Firm resources responsibly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years related experience
- Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
- Ability to operate a PC
- Ability to read, interpret and follow instructions
- Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb a step ladder and reach overhead to place and remove objects from above
- Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs
- Regular and reliable physical presence
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to exert moderate to high physical effort
