Job Summary
Conference Services and Events Coordinator at a leading AM100 law firm delivers high-profile meetings, client events, and executive conferences. Acts as primary point of contact for visitors and conference room users, coordinates all meeting and event logistics (room setup, catering, AV, materials, signage), manages reservations with Rendezvous, provides on-site event support, and collaborates with internal teams and clients to ensure flawless execution. Maintains event records and layouts using Visio and internal systems; requires a polished, professional demeanor with strong client service and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate hospitality, reception, or event coordination
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Rendezvous, MyKastle, or similar systems preferred
