Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences using checklists while collecting stakeholder requirements to draft schedules and agendas. Manage lodging, transportation, rooms, equipment, and dining logistics, including coordinating distinguished visitor schedules with ACC Protocol. Prepare attendee materials, monitor event execution, and draft post-event surveys and After Action Reports. Maintain databases and SharePoint content, ensuring PII compliance and tracking attendance. Support research on course trend data and handle administrative communications professionally. This role supports federal government customers such as HQACC/A1K in planning leadership development programs.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience in administrative or program support including scheduling, training support, or conference logistics
- 3 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- 2 years experience creating or managing SharePoint sites and lists
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in event planning or project management
- Experience with virtual event platforms and hybrid event planning
