Own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and overall attendee experience; manage supplier research/negotiation, budgeting, event planning (VIP events, meals, after-hours activities), on-site support, internal team coordination, inventory, and 40-person volunteer workforce; operate in a London HQ with UK work-permit requirement, demonstrating proactive, detailed-focused leadership and strong communication across stakeholders.
