Job Summary

Conference Operations role focused on owning the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences per year. Based in London, you will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the attendee experience, coordinating supplier research, contracting, budget management, event planning (VIP events, meals, after-hours activities), on-site support, and an organized 40-person volunteer team. Strong emphasis on vendor management, logistics, communication, and project management to ensure timely delivery and high-quality events. Training provided; role accommodates multiple experience levels; travel opportunities to conferences overseas. Start date flexible; onsite Monday to Friday near London Victoria Station.
