Job Summary
Conference Operations Manager responsible for end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually. Owns operational standard, venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and attendee experience. Roles include supplier research/management, contract negotiations, budgeting, event planning (VIP events, meals, after-hours activities), coordinating with venue staff, providing on-site support, inventory and design quality checks, and organizing a 40-person volunteer team. HQ based in London; role involves travel to conferences overseas. Requires strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills; open to candidates across different experience levels with UK work permit. The position is onsite in London, Monday–Friday.
