Job Summary
Conference Operations Executive responsible for owning the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and the attendee experience. Responsibilities include supplier research and management, contract negotiations, budget review and management, event planning for VIPs and meals, coordinating with venue staff, providing on-site support, inventory tracking, and organizing 40-person on-site volunteers. Requires strong communication, organizational, proactive ownership, and leadership abilities, with the role based in London and onsite Monday to Friday, with travel to conferences overseas.
