Job Summary
Source, compare, and secure suppliers for venues, branding materials, and event add-ons while negotiating cost-effective contracts. Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, and dinners by coordinating with venue staff and managing on-site logistics. Manage a 40-person volunteer team through hiring and training, and maintain inventory sheets for promotional materials. Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and address supplier issues promptly. Review budgets and raise changes ahead of time. Work onsite Monday to Friday in London with flexible start dates.
